Annual Service for Seafarers 2025

Portsmouth Cathedral, Sunday 29 June, 11.00am 

Sailors’ Society has been invited to attend as the chosen charity for  the 2025 Annual Service for Seafarers at Portsmouth Cathedral. 

The service is dedicated to all those who work and live at sea, and a time to remember all those lost at sea. 

Donations to our work with seafarers and their families are invited online.

Led by the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth, this service is attended by the Lord-Lieutenant, local Members of Parliament and civic leaders. The preacher will be the Revd Duncan Dormor,  General Secretary of USPG and among those taking part in the service will be our UK Representative Chaplain, Frans Sahetpy.
