“We are hugely grateful to the organisers of Posidonia 2026 for choosing us again as their Supported Charity. Posidonia is such a major event in the shipping calendar and we are looking forward to meeting up with many of our existing partners as well as forging new relationships for the future.”

Sara Baade, Sailors’ Society’s CEO

The Posidonia Games

Alongside the main conference, the week also hosts the Posidonia Games, which provides the ideal opportunity to raise funds for our vital work with seafarers and their families.

The Games include the hugely popular 5×5 Posidonia Shipsoccer Tournament and the mass participation Posidonia Running Event, where runners from all over the globe take to the streets of Piraeus.

If you would like to raise funds for Sailors’ Society as you take part in any of these events, please contact us at [email protected].

We will also be delighted to recognise companies that support us through participation in these events.
