Sea Ready course

First time at sea or starting on a new vessel? We’ll get you Sea Ready.

If you want to feel more prepared, we provide free, valuable one-hour training sessions to help all seafarers, regardless of rank, new to sea or to a ship.

Available online as either a standalone course or as part of our popular MyWellness platform and MyWAS app, Sea Ready ensures you arrive on your vessel with a basic toolkit to help you thrive at sea.

This is a short, easy-to-understand session that goes over important information about looking after yourself and others on board. It gives you a wealth of important knowledge – like where to go if you need support and how to spot signs of deteriorating mental health in yourself and your crewmates.
