Just search for the MyWaS app in your app store.

Bringing our many years of expertise and experience together, this unique programme is designed to help combat fatigue, poor mental health, stress and other issues that affect seafarers in their daily lives – and all from your phone, laptop or computer.

Our MyWellness platform covers a wide range of topics to help you manage mental and emotional strain, improve relationships, enhance your physical and mental fitness and so much more.

The platform is interactive and engaging, with quizzes, videos and activities to help you apply all you learn to daily life and empower you to make the changes you need to positively impact your health and wellbeing.

And don’t worry about poor Wi-Fi – using the app, you can download the modules and work offline. The MyWAS app automatically syncs your progress back to the e-learning platform as soon as you have an internet connection again.
