Training Data Processing
Sailors’ Society will process attendee personal data for the purpose of administering and delivering the Sea Mate training programme, including attendance management and certification, in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Data Processing Schedule forming part of this agreement.

Sailors’ Society may also process limited attendee personal data as an independent data controller for internal reporting, training effectiveness evaluation, service improvement, and statistical analysis, in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Notice. Analytics and reporting activities will not be used to make decisions about individual attendees or employees.
