wellness at sea training
THE FOREFRONT OF SEAFARER WELLNESS
Sailors’ Society has designed a training programme to reflect the specific needs of seafarers and their employers by promoting cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, social skills and spiritual wellbeing alongside more familiar skills. This can be delivered in class, as online seminars or e-learning, bespoke to meet the requirements of each company.
Who is the Wellness at Sea programme for?
Aimed at maritime companies and training colleges across the globe, the course is available at two levels: an Officer Programme and a Cadet Programme.
Past students have included cadets and officers from Seaspan, SeaTeam, Univan, Wallem and Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
