2024 Cadet Conferences
Positive wellbeing for a rewarding seafaring career
Over the past three years, Sailors' Society's cadet conferences have empowered more than 10,000 cadets for a life at sea and this year will give the class of 2024 the opportunity to benefit from these ground-breaking virtual events.
We are delighted that our conferences have grown and developed year on year with key global industry figures sharing advice, knowledge and experience as well as insightful peer-to-peer interaction through cadet panels and live polls.
Each event is tailored to the region and empowers future seafarers with the knowledge and skills needed for success in the maritime industry.
The events cover a range of topics around wellbeing, mental health and diversity, broadening understanding beyond the more formal curriculums and providing attendees with valuable insights into the realities of life at sea.

North Asia – Thursday, August 22
Africa – Thursday, September 19
South East Asia – Saturday, October 5
UK and Europe – Wednesday, November 6
Registration will open approximately two months before each conference date and registration will be available via this webpage.
